[Deprecated] Change the Icon Theme from Administer Page

Steps to reproduce
- Create a L1 nested document (document a).
- Create a new child page (b) by adding another level in the URL as follows: http://127.0.0.1:8080/xwiki/bin/view/a/b/
- On document a go to "Administer Page"
- Click on Presentation
- Change the icon theme from Font Awesome to Silk
- Go to document a
- Go to document b
Expected results
On page a Silk icons are used, while page b uses the default Font Awesome icons.
