Create a L4 Nested Document

Steps to reproduce

Create a L1 nested document (document a), then a L2 child document (document b) and finally a L3 document (document c)
To create document d go to "xwiki/bin/view/a/b/c/d/"
Click on "Edit this page"
Click on "Create"
Save & View the page

The d document is created and is a child of document c at path /a/b/c/d/ so that you can store information about a sub-aspect of document c (CR4)
