Create a Nested Page using the Add button

Steps to reproduce
- Click on the "Create" button located at the top of the page (plus sign "+")
- Fill in the title of the page
- Click Create
- Click "Save & View"
Expected results
As a wiki user, you could see the "+" (Add) button when visiting a path that did not yet have a document, so that you could quickly create a document at that path. (VI2)
