Access documents from Index Tree

Steps to reproduce
- Create several nested documents
- Go to Page Index
- Click on the Tree tab
- Expand a top level document and all its child documents
- Click on one of the documents
Expected results
The wiki user can click on any document in the tree structure so that can view the content of that document quickly. On the document, the breadcrumbs show the correct place for the document within the hierarchy. (MA2)
