Create a L4 Nested Document

Steps to reproduce
- Create a L1 nested document (document a), then a L2 child document (document b) and finally a L3 document (document c)
- To create document d go to "xwiki/bin/view/a/b/c/d/"
- Click on "Edit this page"
- Click on "Create"
- Save & View the page
Expected results
The d document is created and is a child of document c at path /a/b/c/d/ (CR4).
