Delete non terminal page

Steps to reproduce
- Use the Create button ( + ) several times, to create nested pages on multiple levels (should have the following path: a/b/c/d)
- Go to an intermediary page, in this case b
- From More actions click on “Delete”
- Do not select "Affect children"
- Click on "Delete"
Expected results
- The following message will show up: "Done".
- On re-visiting http://127.0.0.1:8080/xwiki/bin/view/a/b/ the following message will appear: "The requested page could not be found".
- Pages c and d won't be deleted (DE1).
Additional notes:
- Even though page b has been deleted, when accessing page c, a link to page b will still show up in the breadcrumb navigation.
