[[Page]] link creates nested page "Page.WebHome" when clicked from a nested page

Steps to reproduce
- Create a new nested page “a”
- Edit page a (in source or wiki mode) and write:[[label>>b]]
- Click on "label"
Expected results
The user is prompted with a new message box to create the nested page b.WebHome.
