Deny view rights for a user

Steps to reproduce
Preconditions: Have a user created.
- Log in as Admin
- Click on Task Manager from the Applications Panel
- Click on More Actions > Administer Page
- Click on Users & Rights > Rights: Page
- Select Users
- Deny the view rights for a user
- Log out
- Log in with the user selected
Expected results
Task Manager Application is not visible for selected user.
