[Deprecated] Watch the parent page and its children

Steps to reproduce
- Create a L1 nested document (document a), then a L2 child document (document b), then a L3 child document (document b1) (b and b1 are the children of a)
- Go to http://127.0.0.1:8080/xwiki/bin/view/a/
- Click on the bell in the top right corner
- Click on the middle tree "Watch this page and children" (ON)
- Go to own profile and click Watchlist
Expected results
The page a is listed in the "Watched elements" list and at "Scope" there is: "Page + Children".
