[AUTOMATED] Create And Delete User

Steps to reproduce
- Go to "Administer Wiki"
- Click on Users & Rights > Users
- Add a user
- [Since XWiki 11.8RC1] Click on the 'Disable' icon (the lock)
- Click on 'Delete' to delete the newly created user
- Click 'Delete'
Expected results
The user is created and then deleted.
