Base Colors Brand Primary

Steps to reproduce
- Edit the default theme (Administer Wiki > Look & Feel > Themes > Customize, from Color Theme section)
- Click on Base colors
- Select a brand primary color (select the color from the slider, click in the square to pick a shade and then click OK)
- Click on Save
- Open a wiki page in a new tab
Expected results
The brand primary color is changed.
*The Highlight color when choosing an option from the Administration changes. E.g. Administer Wiki > Extensions > Extensions. Also the Color for the panels when editing the color themes e.g. http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/edit/FlamingoThemes/Charcoal
