Buttons Primary Background

Steps to reproduce
- Edit the default theme (Administer Wiki > Look & Feel > Themes > Customize, from Color Theme section)
- Click on Buttons
- Select a primary background color for buttons (select the color from the slider, click in the square to pick a shade and then click OK)
- Click on Save
- Open a wiki page in a new tab
Expected results
The buttons primary background color is changed - the primary buttons are e.g. Preview, Add comment, Save & Continue.
