Send Message To Followers

Preconditions: At least a user exists which is following other user/admin (see Follow User) and has Message Stream toggles set to ON in Notification Settings (make sure the Message Stream is enabled from Administer Wiki > Social (since XWiki 12.8) > Message Stream > from No to Yes > Save)

1. Login
2. Go to own user's profile
3. Under Send message select Followers
4. Write a message
5. Click Share
6. Login with an user that is following the currently logged-in user and observe the Notifications list
7. Login with an user that isn't following the currently logged-in user
