Customize User Directory from Infomessage

Steps to reproduce
- Click on User Index from Apps Panel
- Inside the User Index you should see a message "The user directory can be customized to display the columns you wish to see."
- Click on the link from inside of the text
Expected results
A new page opens with customizable columns. (it's the same page from Administration)
