Restore A Page

Steps to reproduce
- Create a page P1
- Add some content
- Delete that page
- Navigate to P1
- Click 'Restore' from the 'Actions' column
Expected results
- After navigation to P1, a notice will be displayed saying that "The requested page could not be found." and also will display information about the Deleter, Deletion Date and Actions
- The P1 page is restored with the content it had before deletion.
