[AUTOMATED] Downgrade Extension

Steps to reproduce
- Go to "Administer Wiki"
- Click on Extensions > Extensions
- Install an extension from the list; for ex. use Jira Macro
- After you have installed it click on the Description tab (Show details)
- Click on "List stable versions"
- Click on any older version than the currently installed version
- Click the "Downgrade" button
- Click "Continue"
Expected results
- The progress bar appears.
- A message confirming a successful downgrade appears in the install log.
