View Core Extensions

Steps to reproduce
- Go to "Administer Wiki"
- Click on Extensions > Extensions
- Select "Core Extensions" from the drop-down list
- Click on "Show Details" button for one of the extensions
- Click "Description" tab
- Click "Dependencies" tab
Expected results
Information about that extension appears in the selected tabs.
