Create a L1 Nested Document

Steps to reproduce
- Go to "/xwiki/bin/view/"
- Add "a" at the end of the URL ( eg. http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/a/ )
- Click on "Edit this page"
- Click on "Create"
- Save & View the page
Expected results
A new page is created as mentioned in the CR1 user story description.
