Create a child document of any current document

Steps to reproduce
Preconditions: Have several levels of nested pages created (eg. http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/a/b/c/d/e/f/)
- Write "test" at the end of the URL (eg. http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/a/b/c/d/e/f/test/) for a new child page
- Click "Edit this page"
- Click "Create"
- Click on Save & View
Expected results
The wiki user is able to create a child page (test) of the current page (f) by adding a new part to the existing URL path and shouldn't meet any restrictions. Moreover, the breadcrumb navigation reflects the path. (CR 5)
