Add and delete an attachment

Steps to reproduce
- Click on a WebHome and a Terminal Page
- Add an attachment to each of these pages from the Attachments tab
- Click on Attachments from the More Actions menu for each page
- Click on the 'Delete' button located to the right of an attachment to delete it
- Click "Delete" to confirm the delete of the attachment
Expected results
The files are attached and then deleted.
