[Moved] Migrate XWiki using Distribution Wizard

Steps to reproduce
- Set up the last version of XWiki from the previous cycle with the desired database and servlet container
- Start XWiki
- Add some wikis
- Modify some existing documents
- Create some new documents
- Delete some existing documents
- Note the changes you made
- Stop XWiki
- Install the newer version to which will be made the migration
- Delete the "data" folder from the new version
- Copy the "data" folder from the previous version and paste it in the folder of the new version
- Enable the Distribution Wizard (In xwiki.properties remove the # from in front of distribution.automaticStartOnMainWiki=true and distribution.automaticStartOnWiki=true)
- Start XWiki
- Login as Admin
- Use the Distribution Wizard to complete the migration
Expected results
The changes from step 7 are properly migrated to the new version.
