[AUTOMATED] Change Date Format

Steps to reproduce
- Go to "Administer Wiki"
- Click on Content > Localization
- Write a valid date format inside the "Date Format" field (eg. "HH:mm, dd/MM/yyyy")
- Click Save
- Edit any page
- Click Save & View
- Observe the Date format at the top of the page, after the title (eg. Last modified by ... on 16:26, 14/11/2016)
Expected results
The Date/ Time is changed to the required format.
