Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new document MyTemplate
  2. Create a descendant document named A
  3. Create a template provider from Administer Wiki > Content > Page Templates with the display name MyTemplate
  4. Set "MyTemplate" as the template document to use
  5. Create a new document MyNewDocument by using the template MyTemplate
  6. Save the document

Expected results

Creating the new document using the template "MyTemplate" will result in the following new document hierarchy being created:MyNewDocument, MyNewDocument.A
