[AUTOMATED] Upload Attachment Summary [Since XWiki 16.3.0 RC1]

Steps to reproduce
Preconditions: Edit , set attachment.upload.enableComments=true and un-comment the line (remove # from the beginning).
- Go to a page
- Click on Attachments tab
- Insert some text in the "Upload Summary" field
- Click "Browse/ Choose Files" button
- Select an attachment and upload it
- Go to "History" tab (refresh the page if needed)
- Observe the Summary for the uploaded file
Expected results
The Upload Summary is displayed properly for the uploaded file (between the commas).
