Name strategies Kebab case strategy [Since XWiki 18.1.0]

Steps to reproduce
- Login as Admin
- Go to Administer Wiki > Editing > Name Strategies
- Under 'Current Name Strategy' select 'Kebab-case (no accents, no spaces, no special characters)'
- Under 'Transform name automatically' select 'Enabled'
- Under 'Validate names before saving' select 'Disabled'
- Under 'Conversion to Lowercase' set 'Enabled'
- Under 'Allow Dots' set 'Enabled'
- Under 'Forbidden Words' add a forbidden word, e.g. 'Forbidden'
- Click 'Save'
- Create a new page with some accents, spaces, special characters, dots and forbidden words in its name (e.g. T\é£" s.t8.9e.Forbidden d)
- Click 'Create', then Save the page
- Observe the saved name of the page
Expected results
The path was renamed according to the configured strategy (e.g. the page was renamed to t-e-s-t8.9e-d in the URL), while the page's title remained as set initially.
