[AUTOMATED] Setting password security policy [Since XWiki 11.9]

Steps to reproduce
- Login as Admin
- Go to Administer Wiki > Users & Rights > Registration
- (On the page bottom) insert a password length number in 'Require a password with the given length' field (e.g. 7)
- Tick 'Require at least one lower case character in the password'
- Tick 'Require at least one upper case character in the password'
- Tick 'Require at least one number in the password'
- Tick 'Require at least one symbol character in the password'
- Click 'Save'
- Logout
- Click Drawer > Register
- Fill in the information for a new user (using the requirements)
- Login with the user using the chosen password
Expected results
- The new settings are saved on the Registration page
- The password security policy is enforced properly and the user can login successfully.
