[AUTOMATED] Change the language

Steps to reproduce
- Go to Administer Wiki
- Click on Content > Localization
- Set the multilingual to No
- Change the Default Language to another language (FR for example)
- Click on Save
- Navigate through the wiki (pages, applications, user profiles, etc)
Expected results
The whole wiki is translated into the new language.
