[AUTOMATED] Delete user with Script or Programming Rights

Steps to reproduce

Note: Available since XWiki 11.3RC1

  1. Go to 'Administer Wiki > Users & Rights > Users'
  2. Create an user (e.g. U1)
  3. [Since XWiki 14.10] Go to 'Administer Wiki > Users & Rights > Rights' and grant the Script right to the user
  4. Login with the user
  5. Create a page
  6. As Admin access again 'Administer Wiki > Users & Rights > Users'
  7. Click 'Disable' for the user U1
  8. Click 'Delete' to delete the user
  9. Click 'Cancel'
  10. Select Users & Rights > Rights'
  11. Click 'Users'
  12. Give Program rights to the user (e.g. U1)
  13. Go back to 'Administer Wiki > Users & Rights > Users'
  14. Click 'Delete' to delete the user

Expected results

Step 7: A modal box is displayed warning that the respective user has Script Rights and is the last author of 1 page, therefore the page may stop working if the user is deleted.

Step 13: A modal box is displayed warning that the respective user has Programming Rights and is the last author of 1 page, therefore the page may stop working if the user is deleted.

Wiki Administrators are warned when they are about to delete users that have Script or Programming Rights, if there are pages that were last modified by these users.
