[AUTOMATED] Show Page Annotations Tab (Yes)

Steps to reproduce
Preconditions: Have the Annotation application activated - Administer Wiki > Content > Annotations > Tick 'Annotations are activated' from 'Annotation activation' section
- Go to 'Administer Wiki'
- Click on Look & Feel > Presentation
- Set the 'Show page annotations' to Yes
- Click Save
Expected results
The Annotations tab is visible at the bottom of the pages next to Comments.
