Steps to reproduce
- Create a new subwiki with "Both global and local users are available in the wiki" selection
- Inside the subwiki create a new application with App Within Minutes
- Drag and drop User & Group Pickers when creating the App
- Create a local user and group for the subwiki
- Go to the application created
- Add a new entry
- Add the previously local user and group
Expected results
The user and group picker is showing the local users/groups properly and in edit mode as well.
