Forms Input Border

Steps to reproduce
- Edit the default theme (Administer Wiki > Look & Feel > Themes > Customize, from Color Theme section)
- Click on Forms
- Select an input border color (select the color from the slider, click in the square to pick a shade and then click OK)
- Click on Save
- Open a wiki page in a new tab
Expected results
The input border color is changed - e.g. border of the "Add summary..." section or border of filter input boxes from a Live Data - e.g. Page Index
