Navigation Bar Default Link Active Color

Steps to reproduce
- Edit the default theme (Administer Wiki > Look & Feel > Themes > Customize, from Color Theme section)
- Click on Navigation Bar
- Select a link active color (select the color from the slider, click in the square to pick a shade and then click OK)
- Click on Save
- Open a wiki page in a new tab
Expected results
The navigation bar default link active color is changed - e.g. the icon color of the active state of the Notifications bell is changed (when clicked).
