Navigation Bar Default Link Hover Color

Steps to reproduce
- Edit the default theme (Administer Wiki > Look & Feel > Themes > Customize, from Color Theme section)
- Click on Navigation Bar
- Select a default link hover color (select the color from the slider, click in the square to pick a shade and then click OK)
- Click on Save
- Open a wiki page in a new tab
Expected results
The Search, Notification and Drawer icons change color when hovered.
