Export Pdf (Old PDF)

Steps to reproduce
Preconditions: Old PDF export (FOP) should be activated from Administer Wiki > Content > PDF Export > REPLACE FOP > No
- Go to a page, add comments and attach an image
- Click on More Actions
- Click on Export
- Click on "PDF (FOP)"
- Select all PDF Export Options (Cover, Table of Contents, Header, Footer, Comments, Page Attachments)
- Click "Export"
- Go back to the page
- Click on More Actions
- Click on Export
- Click on "PDF (FOP)"
- Deselect all PDF Export Options (Cover, Table of Contents, Header, Footer, Comments, Page Attachments)
- Click "Export"
Expected results
The PDF is properly displayed in both cases:
- In the first case all elements are there
- In the second case there's only the page content
