Restore a deleted page

Steps to reproduce
- Create a nested and a terminal page
- Delete both the nested and terminal page
- Go to the wiki Page Index from the Drawer
- Click on the Deleted Pages Tab
- Click on the 'Restore' button from Actions Column, for both pages, to restore them
Expected results
Both pages are restored to their original location.
