Notifications Macro

Steps to reproduce
Preconditions: An user (U1) already exists, has Notifications set to ON (from Settings > Notification toggles from the Application section) and is watching the entire wiki.
- Login as Admin
- Create/update/comment some pages
- Login as user (U1)
- Edit a page with CKEditor
- Click Insert > Other Macros
- Search for Notifications Macro
- Fill in the desired fields/ options (e.g. tick 'Use the preferences of the user')
- Click 'Submit'
- Click 'Save & View' (or Done if editing in Realtime)
- Mark some notifications as read and refresh the page
Expected results
The Macro is displayed into the page and contains the notifications from the user's Notification list. If an event is marked as read in the macro, the Notification list is updated accordingly.
