[Deprecated] Delete Message

Steps to reproduce
Preconditions: Enable the Message Stream (Administer Wiki > Other > Message Stream > from No to Yes > Save). It will automatically appear in the Dashboard page. Write a message and Share it.
- Hover over a message
- Click on the red X button
- Click Yes
Expected results
The message is deleted.
