Create a Terminal page

Steps to reproduce
- Set your user to be Advanced -> Profile - Preferences - User Type
- Go to any page (e.g. Sandbox)
- Click on the "+ Create" button
- Fill in the page title (e.g. a)
- Check the "Terminal Page" checkbox
- Select the path to the page if required
- Click "Create"
- Fill in some content
- Click "Save & View" or "Done" if using Realtime
- Click on the Create button from page a
- Add a title eg. b
- Click "Create"
- Click "Save & View" or "Done" if using Realtime
Expected results
The page a is terminal (it cannot have any children pages), page b is created as sibling.
