[AUTOMATED] Resize and toggle panel columns [Since XWiki 17.3.0 and 17.4.0]

Steps to reproduce
- Go to a page that has panels on both sides
- Click a panel handle and drag it to resize both the left and right panels (make them smaller/ larger)
- Click on a panel's toggle button
- Click again on it
Expected results
- The panels are resized properly using the handles.
- If a panel is shown, clicking on its toggle button hides the panel. After clicking the toggle one more time, the panel is shown with the default size (the size is reset).
