Add a custom footer to the Skin

Steps to reproduce
- Login as Admin
- Edit the Admin profile and set his "User Type" to Advanced
- Go to Administration > Look & Feel > Themes
- Click on the Customize button corresponding to the current skin
- Edit the Skin in Object mode
- Edit the XWiki.XWikiSkins object and set a custom footer inside the Footer property
- Click Save & View
Expected results
The custom footer is visible on every page of the Wiki.
