[[Page]] link creates nested page "Page.WebHome" when clicked from a nested page

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new nested page “a”
  2. Edit page a (in source or wiki mode) and write:
    [[label>>b]] 
  3. Click on "label"

Expected results

The user is prompt with a new message box to create the nested page b.WebHome.
