Blog Mention - Structured pages

Preconditions: Have the Blog app installed and Email sending configured.

1. Login as Admin
2. Create an user (e.g .U1 with an email address)
3. Login as U1
4. Go to Notifications Settings > Applications section and make sure Mentions toggles are ON for both Notification Menu and Email
5. Login as Admin
6. Go to Blog
7. Fill a new post name and click 'Create' to create a new blog post
8. In 'Content' field, type '@' to display the users mentions list
9. Select user U1
10. Select 'Publish' to publish the blog post
11. Click 'Save & View'
12. Trigger the 'Notifications daily email' job from Scheduler.WebHome
13. Login as U1
14. Observe the Notification list and emails received
