Apply Bold Styling In Wiki Mode

Steps to reproduce
Preconditions: User has to be advanced to see the Wiki Mode
- Click Wiki from a WebHome and a Terminal Page
- Select some text
- Click Bold
- Click "Save & View"
Expected results
Formatting is properly applied.
