[AUTOMATED] Attach a restricted Mimetype file disguised as an allowed Mimetype file

Steps to reproduce
- Login as Admin
- Go to Administer Wiki > Content > Attachments Restriction
- Under "Allowed Mimetypes", insert some file types to be allowed (e.g. text/plain)
- Under "Blocked Mimetypes", insert some file types to be restricted (e.g. image/*)
- Save
- Have an image file with an extension changed to .txt or use the one attached to this page
- Login as an user
- Go to a page and upload this file
Expected results
The file cannot be attached, an error is displayed.
