Login on Main Wiki with Local User From Subwiki

Steps to reproduce

Preconditions: A subwiki with a local user is already created.

Go to the Main Wiki
Click Log-In
Fill in the username and the password of the local user from the existing subwiki
Click Log-In

The user is not allowed to login.
