Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Administration -> Content -> Localization
  2. Set Multilingual to "Yes"
  3. Set "Supported languages" to "EN,FR"
  4. Set "Default Language" to "EN"
  5. Click "Save"
  6. Create 2 new pages (1 Non-Terminal and 1 Terminal), which will have the original language EN
  7. Go to Home page
  8. Switch the language in FR
  9. Go to each page (Non-Terminal and Terminal)
  10. [Since XWiki 12.10.5 and 13.1] Hover over 'Traduire' button
  11. Click 'Traduire' button
  12. Change the title and add some content for the French version of the page e.g. French page! 
  13. Click "Enregistrer & fermer" (Save & View)
  14. Observe the saved content
  15. Switch between the 2 languages from the top right Drawer -> Languages

Expected results

[Since XWiki 12.10.5 and 13.1]:
Step 11: When hovering over 'Traduire' button, a tooltip is displayed: "Traduire cette page en francais".
Stept 12: When the button is clicked, a tooltip is displayed on the Page Title field: "Vous etes en train de modifier la traduction francais. Debutez en traduisant le titre de la page."

The page is translated properly in FR.
