Translate page while editing in place [Since XWiki 12.3]

Steps to reproduce
- Go to Administration -> Content -> Localization
- Set Multilingual to "Yes"
- Set "Supported languages" to "EN,FR"
- Set "Default Language" to "EN"
- Click "Save"
- Create 2 new pages (1 Non-Terminal and 1 Terminal), which will have the original language EN
- Go to Home page
- Switch the language in FR
- Go to each page (Non-Terminal and Terminal)
- [Since XWiki 12.10.5 and 13.1] Hover over 'Traduire' button
- Click 'Traduire' button
- Change the title and add some content for the French version of the page e.g. French page!
- Click "Enregistrer & fermer" (Save & View)
- Observe the saved content
- Switch between the 2 languages from the top right Drawer -> Languages
Expected results
[Since XWiki 12.10.5 and 13.1]:
Step 11: When hovering over 'Traduire' button, a tooltip is displayed: "Traduire cette page en francais".
Stept 12: When the button is clicked, a tooltip is displayed on the Page Title field: "Vous etes en train de modifier la traduction francais. Debutez en traduisant le titre de la page."
The page is translated properly in FR.
