Disconnect from Office Server

Steps to reproduce
Preconditions: Have Office Server configured and connected
- Go to "Administer Wiki"
- Click on Content > "Office Server"
- Select Stop server (disconnect)
- Click Update
Expected results
- The server stops.
- Server state indicates "Not connected".
