In-line macro content editing

Steps to reproduce
- Edit a page with CKEditor
- Click Insert > Other Macros
- Search and select 'Info Message'
- Type "This is a title!" inside the 'Title' box
- Type "This is an info macro!" inside the 'Content' box
- Click Submit
- Click next to the Content text in the macro and type another word(s)
- Click next to the Title text in the macro and type another word(s)
- Select and format some words (e.g. Bold, Italic, Underline)
- Click Save & View
Expected results
The content and title of the macro can be edited in-line.
