[Deprecated] Import a XAR into an empty subwiki

Steps to reproduce
Preconditions: Have an empty subwiki created and an exported wiki (XAR) saved
- On the subwiki, go to "Administer Wiki"
- Click on Content > Import
- Upload the XAR file
- Click on the XAR attachment under "Available packages" section
- Click on "none"
- Click on "all"
- Click "Import"
Expected results
- Selects none of the pages from the XAR
- Selects all of the pages from the XAR
- Imports the XAR into the Wiki
