		1	1. Go to "Administer Wiki"
		2	1. Click on Look & Feel > Panels
		3	1. Change the order of any panel (eg. hold left click on Applications and move it below Navigation in the left side panel)
		4	1. Click on Save
		5	1. Go to another page (like Home page)
